Various Dining Experiences

Pictures from various events Karmah’s Kitchen has collaborated on with various creative establishments in Jordan such as alMarsam, iJordan, 13Cwine, Mish Mataam and much more. Karmah’s Kitchen creates menus to suit the clients needs, then handles logistics behind running a successful dining operation. Experiences have ranged from fast casual delivery in a tech start up office in 2011 to ultra customized tasting menus in remote areas of Jordan. Karmah’s Kitchen also worked on Aqaba Food Fest 2021 with iJordan, Karmah’s Kitchen coupled different concepts together and collaborated with a vendor to come up with a dairy free booza Arabi soft serve.

Our only request is to come and see the kitchen/ dining area before hand to take into consideration what type of menu and service suits the space.


Four seasons in Summer 2022- 13 C Wine Cellar

Four Seasons in Summer : a vegetable based menu that was designed and plated to look like the four seasons of Jordan. We only cooked with Affandam savory condiments rather than relying on store bought flavor enhancers. Koji inoculated grains and native spices such as terebinth and green pine cone fruit fermented into pastes from January 2022 to July 2022. The menu also highlighted wild native edible plants of Jordan that were harvested in Spring and preserved until mid June like wild mustard leaves, carob powder sourced from Women Coop in Jerash and spring sheep butter from Um Quais. The table cloth and square bento style wooden trays were all custom made in Jordan using whatever could be locally sourced and crafted by local artisans. The idea behind the tray was to be able to cut down on service and dining time by providing four intricate appetizers at one go.
